Sanjay is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist (CPBP; Association of Business Psychologists) with 11 years of international experience partnering with leaders to achieve goals and drive performance. He is also an Associate Coach with the ICF; he uses coaching to empower individuals and teams to build capability and confidence to realise their potential and has a passion for supporting marginalised groups.

He’s operated in various business contexts, including IPO, business transformation, organisational restructuring and crisis management. His areas of specialism include culture change, leadership and organisational development, change management, communications, talent and performance management and coaching.

He blends his consulting background (Sporting Edge, Mindgym & Walking the Talk) with working in HR and commercial senior leadership teams in Financial Services (Travelex) and Fintech (Finablr) organisations to solve people and cultural challenges by delivering robust, practical solutions that create value.

He helps people see the patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving and helps empower people to move from insight to action and results.

Sanjay takes a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to understanding behaviour and transformation. He draws on several models, theories, tools, and frameworks to help people understand themselves and others better. Sanjay’s life isn’t compartmentalised between work and life. As a queer Indian man, his lived experience shapes how he shows up to every coaching conversation. He’s committed to looking after his mind, body, and soul; he meditates, cycles, practices calisthenics and actively seeks out opportunities to have a greater social impact.
